Thank you for choosing Marhaba for Tour Operator.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds of bookings and travel services purchased through our website or official communication channels.


1) Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.


2) Cancellation Policy for Individual Bookings


  • Customers may cancel their booking at least 48 hours before the trip date with only transfer fees (if any) deducted.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip, no refund will be issued.


3) Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings


  • Group bookings may be canceled up to 3 days before the trip with only bank or transfer fees deducted.
  • For cancellations made after that period, 20% of the total package price will be deducted.
  • If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the trip, no refund will be provided.


4) Programs Including Event or Attraction Tickets


  • If the trip includes tickets for events or attractions such as Madain Saleh or AlUla,
  • cancellations must be made at least 4 days before the trip date.
  • After this period, ticket fees are non-refundable according to the policies of the organizing authorities (e.g., AlUla authorities).


5) Cancellations by the Company

If a trip is canceled by Marhaba for Tour Organizing due to weather conditions, regulatory decisions, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:


  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement trip of equal value, according to the customer’s preference.


6) Refund Process

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within 3–7 business days after receiving and verifying the official cancellation request.

8) General Notes


  • Any applicable bank or transfer fees will be deducted from the refund.
