1. How can I book a trip?

You can book directly through our official website or by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Once details are confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an official booking confirmation.

2. Can I change my trip date after booking?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 48 hours before the trip for individuals or 3 days before the trip for group bookings, subject to availability and company approval.

3. Can I book a private program for my family or group?

Yes, we offer fully customized tours for families and private groups based on their preferences and chosen destinations across Saudi Arabia.

4. Do your programs include entrance tickets to attractions?

Some tour packages include entrance tickets in the total price, and this is clearly stated in each program’s details on our website.

Payments and Cancellations

5. What payment methods are available?

You can pay securely online through our website or via bank transfer to the company’s official account only.

6. Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.

Generally, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours (individuals) or 3 days (groups) before the trip, with a small deduction depending on the case.

7. What happens if the trip is canceled by the company?

If the trip is canceled by Marhaba due to weather conditions or organizational reasons, customers can choose between a full refund or a replacement trip of equal value.
