Marhaba for Tour Operator appreciates your trust and is committed to providing clear terms for booking and payment to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all travelers.
1) Booking
- Bookings can be made through the official website or the company’s authorized communication channels (WhatsApp or email).
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and an official booking confirmation is issued by the company.
- For programs that include event or attraction tickets (such as AlUla or Madain Saleh), full payment is required to secure the booking, as seats or tickets cannot be reserved without payment.
- Customers must ensure that all booking details (name, mobile number, email, travel date, and number of participants) are correct. The company’s responsibility is limited to the information confirmed in the final booking.
2) Payment
- Payments are processed securely through the approved online payment gateways available on the website.
- Customers may also pay via bank transfer to the company’s official account after coordination with the booking team.
- The company is not responsible for any payments made to personal accounts or unauthorized intermediaries.
- Bank transfer receipts must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial booking to confirm the reservation.
3) Booking Modifications
- Customers may modify the trip date or number of participants up to 48 hours before the trip (for individuals) and up to 3 days before the trip (for group bookings), subject to availability.
- All modifications require company approval and may result in a price difference depending on availability and new dates.
4) Booking Confirmation
- Once payment is received, the customer will receive an official confirmation message containing the booking number and trip details.
- The customer must keep this confirmation as proof of booking and present it when required.
5) Booking Cancellation
- All cancellations are subject to the company’s official Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the time of booking and cancellation, the most recent version of the policy published on the website shall apply.
6) Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for reading and understanding the booking and payment terms before confirming the reservation.
- The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking that violates these terms or due to regulatory or operational reasons.
